The journal is founded by "IBRAT PRINT" Limited Liability Company with the aim of disseminating research results of authors in the fields of education, pedagogy, and innovative approaches to a wider audience.

The journal is published 4 times a year (quarterly). Each issue has a volume of up to 10 printed sheets (160 pages). Materials are published in electronic and printed form.
The journal is published in Uzbek and Russian languages, with each article accompanied by an abstract in English.
