This study explores innovative development mechanisms in STEM school management based on the transformational leadership model. In the context of rapid digital transformation, the role of school leaders in fostering innovation, motivating staff, and enhancing institutional competitiveness has become crucial. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected from interviews with five STEM school leaders, surveys of 120 staff members, and analysis of strategic documents. Results show that transformational leadership increases teacher motivation by 25%, improves decision-making quality, and promotes sustainable innovation adoption. The study concludes with recommendations for strengthening leadership competencies, integrating technology, and improving resource management in STEM education.
