Abstract

This article examines the Feynman Technique as a structured framework for enhancing scientific comprehension and communication. By reducing complex theories into basic explanations, the method exposes knowledge gaps and helps learners strengthen their conceptual understanding. The paper outlines the four stages of the technique—simplification, restructuring, gap identification, and reconstruction—and demonstrates its relevance to research activities, laboratory practices, and academic development. The results indicate that the Feynman Technique supports retention, analytical thinking, and intellectual transparency in scientific environments.
