ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS AND BENEFITS OF THE “PURE SOLVE” PROJECT

Abstract

This article analyzes the “Pure Solve” startup project, which focuses on producing briquette fuel from fallen leaves. The project proposes collecting abundant leaf litter during the autumn season and pressing it into “Briquette fuel” — an ecologically safe and economically efficient energy source.

       In addition to recycling waste to protect the environment, the project also aims to produce low-cost “Briquette fuel” with extra products and leaves being harmful for the environment via pressing. The study scientifically examines the stages of briquette production, its energy efficiency, environmental benefits achieved by recycling instead of burning, and the results of conducted trials.
